Here are 3 simple things you can do to lower stress.
News Flash from Planet Earth! – The acceleration of energies are triggering stress at an accelerated rate. Urgent intervention needed – even for the Healers.
No joke, as Mother Earth continues to ‘ascend’ into a higher frequency level, we, her kids, are being called to raise our frequency and keep up. This is a good thing indeed, but … it can also be a challenge, as we feel time sort of ‘speeding up’ and find we have more to do in seemingly shorter and shorter time periods.
The result? Periodic bouts of too much stress – even among those of us who thought we’d kicked the stress monster once and for all!
Honestly, it kind of surprised me to find myself back in a place of stress, after having let it go some time ago. But since I enjoy having lots of variety for my work and play, I took this as a challenge to deepen my own ability to get fully into Soul alignment, no matter how busy I feel. So here’s my top 3, simplest stress busters …
3 Simple Stress-Busters
1. 7 Deep Breaths
Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing (besides driving). When stress-moster is making a racket, simply close your eyes and take 7 slow, deep breaths. You’ll be amazed at how much this simple act can change your entire vibe (and your day!) The breathing, first of all, brings oxygen to your brain so you can actually think clearly. The slow breathing also calms you down enough to get out of fight-or-flight mode, and into a space where you can actually make rational decisions and/or listen to your inner guidance.
2. Earth Yourself
We are bombarded by EMFs constantly! (Electro-Magnetic Frequencies). This messes with our body’s electrical system and will definitely exacerbate stress. The good news is, there’s a simple way to literally draw EMFs from your body: Earthing. Ideally, you’d want to put as much of your bare body on the earth as possible for 10-15 minutes a day (more is better). But in a pinch, go outside and put both hands on a tree for 5 minutes a couple of times a day. You can also put hands or feet in a natural body of water, or simply walk barefoot in the grass!
3. Write it Down
If your head is swimming with all the things you have to do, do yourself a favor and write it down. Making a list of tasks get’s all that jumble outta your head and into an orderly arrangement that you can actually deal with. I recommend you keep a note pad by the side of your bed and take it with you wherever you go. That way, when stuff comes into your mind, you can put it on paper and get it off your mind.
